Founder & Lead Strategist

Alicia Soo Yee is the founder of The Jade Collective Experiences, a boutique event strategy and production firm focused on delivering thoughtful, high-impact corporate experiences.

She has led the strategy and execution of events ranging from executive retreats and leadership meetings to multi-day conferences, incentive trips, and client engagement programs — supporting both intimate groups and large-scale audiences. Her work spans the full lifecycle of an event, from concept and positioning to budget management, logistics, stakeholder alignment, and on-site execution.

Alicia is known for bringing structure to complexity and intention to every detail. She partners closely with leadership teams to design experiences that not only run seamlessly, but also create meaningful connection, strengthen relationships, and leave a lasting impression.

At the heart of her work is a genuine belief in the power of bringing people together. Whether she's supporting a leadership team, a growing organization, or a room full of peers, Alicia approaches every event with care, purpose, and a deep passion for creating moments that feel both impactful and human.

In addition to her hands-on experience, Alicia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida, further strengthening her expertise in event strategy and guest experience design.
